Salon policies
APPOINTMENTS
Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to your treatment. Late arrival will result in a shortened treatment time; however, treatments will still be charged at full price.
CANCELLATIONS
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required.
If you cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposited amount will be used.
NO-SHOW
Please note that our no-show policy includes using deposit fees for missed appointments.
BOOKING TIME RESTRICTIONS
Maximum of 60 days in advance.
Minimum of two hours in advance.
DEPOSITS
For each appointment, a deposit equal to 30% of the service is required. We reserve the right to request a deposit in order to secure an appointment. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance with the cancellation policy.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Our Gift Cards are available for all treatments and products, are non-refundable and must be produced at the time of use. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Beauty Art Professional cannot accept liability for lost gift cards.

ACCEPTING THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If you have an appointment at the Beauty Art Professional salon, you are agreeing to the Policies on the site. If you act negligently in any of the responsibilities specified in these Policies (including our Privacy Policy), you shall be liable for all the losses or damages that this may cause to Beauty Art Professional and partners.
